Figure fest 2 for $30 not working?

So I try to add 2 figures to shopping cart, they shows up for $35 with the $30 off offer. How do I use the 2 for $30 offer instead?

the extra 5$ is the shipping cost the cost of the figures is still 30$

No, I still need to add $5 shipping, the total is $40.

looking at it now and that subtotal does include the shipping cost.

I am also seeing the subtotal to 35 plus the 5 shipping/handling.

I just tried again and the discount is applying correctly.

So before, it only has

Includes -$15.00 From 30% Off Savings

But now it also has the second line as

Additional 2 For $30 Savings -$5.00

It starts working after 2 hours, when the shopping cart became empty after refresh my page. So it might be the initial session has a bug that lead to the second discount not applying, and let the session timeout fixed it? But I tried it on my phone when it was not working and see the same thing, so it's weird. Or maybe riot just silently fixed it.
