trouble with yasuo ult

i've been hearing bugs with his ult her and there but i have two main issues, the first being that i dont think that damage is being distributed right with a multiple amount of people stuck in it. the second is being randomly knocked out, i know turrets knock you out of it for sure, but sometimes he just stops for now reason
