@IronStylus; A CONCERN- Visual Upgrades to Legendary skins

Hello. I had a question that concerned me recently: When champions with Legendary skins will get a VU, how will you do it?

(Note: this is not a complain- NONE of this- it is just a concern of mine that I had recently)

First, I wanna go on the standards of a (MODERN) Legendary Skin: A legendary skin is a 1850-RP-tier skin. It costs like that because a lot of effort for/and special features is being put during the production of it:

  1. New model and textures.
  2. New rig, that comes with a new set of animations (at least for the more "new" Legendary-tier skins).
  3. New effects.
  4. New VoiceOver (Not just additional effects to the original quotes- But new quotes that MIGHT contain new, special effects).

Only newer legendary skins (I can't recall since when) have ALL of these standards (e.g., Zombie Brand, Super Galaxy Rumble, Battlecast Prime Cho'Gath..) while some of the older Legendary skins don't have ALL of these standards (e.g., Gentleman Cho'Gath, Brolaf, Nunu Bot, Corporate Mundo- Which I'm going to talk about later), and then there are the oldest kind of Legendary skins (Again, this is not a complain) who haven't got ANY of these standards (Besides model and textures works, of course) (e.g., Ice Toboggan Corki, Magnificant Twisted fate..).

I have a few different examples for the different types of cases that concerns me:

Chogath ** Cho'Gath:** Cho (as IronStylus said in some post I read) will eventually get his VU (Not now or any time soon as he also said, of course). What will you do with the Battlecast Cho'Gath skin if he ever gets his theme changed? A Legendary skin like this is alot of work of course. I read that IronStylus said that they don't have immidiate plans for him, but there are few concepts for him around the office, that some of them have Cho with one more or less pair of arms; This is not anything "confirmed" of course, but let's say that the final plan for a VU for him will have Cho with a pair of arms added or removed, so, then, how will you exactly manage to, build up a new, complicated model, rig and animations for his newly, remade, Battlecast skin that matches his new "look"? Will you not touch the skin with his Visual Upgrade?

Another, different, example:

Chogath Cho'Gath, (This time, Gentleman) Olaf Olaf, Nunu **Nunu and **DrMundo Mundo: These champions have the "older" kind of Legendary skins; They don't have ALL of the standards of a (MODERN) Legendary skin. These champions and their skin share the same issue/concern I had with Battlecast Prime Cho'Gath, yet it's a different kind of issure: These skins (the older ones) missing some of the "Modern" Legendary Skin features, as they are not as complete and modern as the newer Legendary Skins. So, here, the thing is, when these champs get their VU, will they have their (old-school) Legendary skins updated correctly with an updated VoiceOver and MAYBE EVEN COMPLETE NEW ANIMATIONS AND/OR EFFECTS that are different from their UPDATED classic skin (Still talking AFTER a Visual Upgrade)? Will such a thing ever happen?

Now, this one has two parts, and here I will talk about the OLDEST type of Legendary Skins- One of them is a result of what I'm talking about here, and the other, is about THE FUTURE of my concern that follows up by:

I wanna start with TwistedFate Twisted Fate's Legendary Skin- The Magnificent Twisted Fate: I'm starting with Twisted Fate because he already had his VU, which is the thing that concerns me; The skin, before it got updated, didn't have any special stuff besides the new model and textures. After Twisted Fate received his VU, the skin was updated, along with his other skins- Yet it was still the classic (updated) TF skin with new model and textures. I understand the if Riot would have made the skin equals to it's price, with the modern Legendary standards, it would seriously delay the VU, but still, what can Riot do with it today?

Now, for the second part- Corki Corki has, too, one of the oldest Legendary Skins: Ice Toboggan Corki: Corki will eventually receive his VU. I mention it in two parts because of the fact the Corki hasn't got his VU YET; so we had a lesson with The Magnificent Twisted Fate skin.. Then, what are Riot going to do with Ice Toboggan Corki? I know how hard that job can be, so it is just a concern of mine- I wonder HOW can YOU, Riot, handle this Issue of VU for champions who have a Legendary skin- Whether it's old or new. So I hope you get my point about this one (IT Corki).

P.S: Sorry if I said anything in a silly way. Hope I said what I felt correctly and right. Thank you for your time! :)

P.S.S: If you have something to correct me for, please do so. I also hope I didn't say anything hurtful or meaningful against Riot or someone else.

And yet GentlemanChogath , BrOlaf , Nunubot and CorporateDrMundo are still the best legendaries in the game and will never be surpassed.

I've had this conversation with my brothers plenty of times. But then we realized TwistedFate and Heimerdinger had no "legendary treatment" to their skins

I'm hoping, going forward, Riot will give the others the "legendary treatment"

Please Ritooo

Battlecast Prime Cho'gath will be kept as is even if he gets a VU. They did the same thing with the Garen VU and his Steel Legion skin.

They had their chance with Heimerdinger Heimerdinger Alien invader did not get any major changes despite it being an old legendary skin. I doubt they will change these old skins that much.

Unfortunately, Riot has zero intentions of upgrading these skins. Much as it sucks, you can't really blame them. The skins have run their course and are no longer in the stores. Updating them (While it would acquire good will) will serve 0 profit and only serve to update a skin owned by a small minority of people.

Not to say that I agree with it personally. Just trying to explain the reasoning behind it.
