Confirm gold season reward?

Is there a way to confirm wether you'll be elligible for the gold season reward? If i remember correctly, if you've been gold at some point during this season, you're elligible, and that you don't simply need to reach gold rank, but win a certain number of matches afterwards or something, but is there a way to check if you got what it takes before the season ends? I want to be sure i'll get Sivir's skin before i stop doing ranked matches, i just got to Gold and i'm a little afraid of having a bad streak and fall back down to SIlver and miss it xD
