Problem with lobby's

I know other people might have this issue also but would it be possible to have it so a player can't ban a champ that someone has selected on your team? I get tired of having Volibear banned because I play him support and its fun for me. I do fairly well with him in the support role also but It's annoying when I have to dodge 3 lobby's a day because they see me going for voli and when I ask they reply with; "Oh I was playing pokemon go" "Sorry, I wasn't looking" "I don't like troll picks" I don't know about anyone else but I don't like it when I can't play who I want just because someone is taking a normal game to seriously.
