Classic game variant

Hey guys. Just had a simple idea for a new game that I think would be interesting. It's just like a classic game, same objectives same starting screen, but with a new twist. Every time a player dies, he/she changes to a new champ upon respawning. The new champ is randomly chosen (from the player's available champs and free champs) during the respawn process and all ability points are unassigned and previous items sold.

The main idea with this game mode is sowing chaos among players by having them switch roles constantly during the entire game and making new strategies based upon the champs each team currently has. This also emphasizes the importance of staying alive as dying may mean a team losing a key champion or respawning as a champ a player is unfamiliar with.

The respawn champion process is completely random, as making a player play all champs he/she has available before going through the list again would be unfair because the player needs the opportunity to turn the game around or be hindered based on the champion that the player ends up with.

Anyways, that's it. I hope this is an interesting twist on the game or at least a good idea for a new game mode.

DUD me and my friend were just talking about that another idea we had was you pick like 3-5 champs during champ select and there can also be like a draft pick so some can be banned and such so you dont hav epeople feeding because they arent used to the certain champion they were randomly selected to have. also you initial idea would be really helpful to lower levels who are to scared to try out new champion types when really they might just love trhe championj :p

You make an excellent point. One thing I was afraid of was a player doing that to get a better champ as well as players respawning as a new champ for the entire game ( for all those who have 15+ champs available). A system like that would be more manageable to code than having the possibility of being 1 of the 110 champs available in the worst case scenario. You also make a good point about lower level players being able to find a new champ they might love since all the free champs and maybe 3 more would be enough for it.
