Hate the runes and masteries UI

I started playing LoL just after Vladimir was released, 2010. I played for about 3-4 years and got turned off by the growing population of new players that brought nothing but salt and grief to the game. Coming back, I'm finding that I'm that new player again. That said, I'm sure that most of you are used to the way things are set up. I, however, am baffled at how clunky and disorganized main lobby is, from the way rune pages and masteries are set up, to just about every menu and dropdown there is. By now we should be clicking and dragging pages around, categorizing and sub-categorizing them! In fact, why is there even a separation of rune page and mastery page? they should just be on one page! And again, if you need, you should just be able to click and drag a preset into your existing page! Come to think of it, that would be much nicer. Just have 2 large slots that you can click and drag to for each game. This drop-down list is ancient, archaic, and silly. Picking my stats should be as simple and easy as picking my hero! Who agrees??
