Illaoi?

I've been on hiatus a while for varying reasons. And I see there's been a few patches, but almost nothing done to this champion. Honestly she's tied with Jinx for my favorite design and hands down my favorite to play. But the slight tweaks seem almost irrelevant, and still no new skins. Did Riot just give up on this champ? She's such an awesome character and I'd really love to find a team to main her on, but pretty much the issue I always had was people shitting on me the moment I selected her.

So A: Did I miss something with her tweaks? Did she get better than she looks? Am I missing something or are people still going to laugh me off the server if I try to play her?

And B: (More of a gripe) Why does she still have only two skins? Definitely seems like Riot favorites champs with some having STACKS of alternate skins and colors, and others being stuck with basically what they opened with.

And C: Anyone want an Illaoi on their team? Haha....not expecting many answers to this one.
