balbraaksel2 votesI haven't gotten any key shards in the past few weeks. I'm sitting on 3 hextech chests so far so I'm 9 key shards behind on schedule while I play every day a couple of games consistently.
Aeszarck1 votesKeep winning and it will eventually come to you. Riot made the system give you the Key Fragment if random luck didn't favor you after X amount of wins.
DoktorKaiser1 votesThey said that if person play regulary every day in a month, they should unlock 4 chests that can be earned during 1 month. I got 4 chests, but only 2 keys, I win at least 3 games per day, I would say that is more than average playing time, I havent gotten a key fragment in at least 20 days. I just think it sometimes "bugs" so that we have to waste RP on keys to actually open the boxes....
