Bring the Championship and Victorious skin

Riot will you bring these skin back since some people download and buy these skin from the internet and Riot I know you must have a good reason to bring these skin back or we demand for it.In truth I saw Championship riven only once because the chance of getting the skin are pretty rare and the internet is unreliable because no one wants to download a virus and get scammed from the internet.So Riot will there be a chance that these skin will come back in the future?

Weren't those skins only available during certain events? Such as Championship Riven and Championship Thresh during the LCS. They will not bring these skins back, especially the victorious since they were awarded at the ends of each season. How exactly can one buy these online when they were only ever digital? They arent like PAX skins which were in code form from the event.

unlikely, but it would b nice if they brought championship riven back for like only a day - week, or the TPA skins as well, do they know how much $$ they would make if they do it??? i would insta buy dat riven skin, n TPA Ez cuz his my altime fav ADC :3 (l alrdy have frosted ez, n bb riven) i want more .__.
