Gain MMR for losing match in grace period?

I was 2143 MMR. Lost a match, now I'm 2151 MMR. D4 0 LP.

you can not know your MMR. stop using 3rd party sites.

Man its like you do not read the fine print on those sites. They have there own ELO system that is used since Riot does not give MMR anymore.
