Better Player Frames

Hello, I don't know if this was the intentions of of it but one of the main problems I have found with the game is target click abilities. It's hard for lets say Warwick to use his Q ability to hit a low HP enemy player when they are all bunched up and stacked together, so I was wondering if there will be a time when it will be easier to target people whom you want too or if its part of the game.
