Kleds winrate low?
I havent seen many kleds at all, his win rate isn't that high either... why is that? he's so good how are people playing him??!!!!

He's new. People are getting used to him. It's the same with Ryze, you have people whimpering his win rate sucks right now when at the same time they're whining he's too powerful.

His ranked play rate should be low. New champions tend to be frowned upon in ranked matches for the first few weeks. They often get banned for this reason. When they don't get banned some people take them to troll. Even when they are honestly trying, they don't often have a strong understanding of the champion and end up losing as a result. It is even less likely that teams know how to work well with him.
