@Riot, What makes you decide on how to tease a Champion/Rework?

The Warwick rework had a animation, Camille and Taric had a comic, Ivern had a small animation, Kled had a still animation, Taliyah had a story piece with Yasuo, Aurelion Sol had a small teaser and an animation, Jhin had a bunch of teases on champions, Illaoi was mentioned in the Shadow and Fortune stories I believe, Kindred was teased in game when an enemy died, Tahm Kench was teased by his laugh when you laugh in the river or died near it plus he had an animation. What exactly makes you choose on how to tease a champions release or rework?
