Ban Timers

Hello Riot! Today I need to bring something to your attention, and that would be your ban timers. There getting out of hand I know countless amounts of games I have left because of this happening. Someone dodges the Que when I secure spot as jungler. Nothing is wrong until a little 4 year old does not get his way and dodges. Then when I join my next Que and get into the game I get stuck with the boring support because my spot is stolen. How is this my fault to be punished and not get my role when I securely had it in the first place. Now I sound like a 4 year old crying don't I. Well like me and all of the 4 year old who have been mad about this same subject I don't mind being one. Also the fact that the banned times get longer and longer every time I dodge it's insane that I half to do this. Now this is only one of the ways this can happen. The other way would be this I play a game and there is a troll in it. I go ahead and join my next game to find the same person on my team. What do I want to do? I want to dodge the Que of course and hop into the next one, but it results me in getting banned for x amount of time. Riot please do something about it I have dealt with this for to long, and this ban time for dodging 1 or 2 Ques is absolutely ridiculous. Please I bet many others are begging for this and are raging every day about it. Please Riot listen. Thank you for listening if somehow you manage to read this.
