Ban Timers

Hello Riot! Today I need to bring something to your attention, and that would be your ban timers. There getting out of hand I know countless amounts of games I have left because of this happening. Someone dodges the Que when I secure spot as jungler. Nothing is wrong until a little 4 year old does not get his way and dodges. Then when I join my next Que and get into the game I get stuck with the boring support because my spot is stolen. How is this my fault to be punished and not get my role when I securely had it in the first place. Now I sound like a 4 year old crying don't I. Well like me and all of the 4 year old who have been mad about this same subject I don't mind being one. Also the fact that the banned times get longer and longer every time I dodge it's insane that I half to do this. Now this is only one of the ways this can happen. The other way would be this I play a game and there is a troll in it. I go ahead and join my next game to find the same person on my team. What do I want to do? I want to dodge the Que of course and hop into the next one, but it results me in getting banned for x amount of time. Riot please do something about it I have dealt with this for to long, and this ban time for dodging 1 or 2 Ques is absolutely ridiculous. Please I bet many others are begging for this and are raging every day about it. Please Riot listen. Thank you for listening if somehow you manage to read this.

If you're so intent on getting your role, use team builder.

This, or add some non-borring champions to the roles you get stuck in. Burst supports are rather popular at the moment, you might want to try one of them.

This is the thing here if you usually don't get your role you get shot down to support. The only ones who want to play supports are ... well supports, so it's the common role to get stuck with. Also at lower levels people don't feel like wasting all of there hard earned I.P on champions they would not like to have have such as Thresh, Blitzcrank, Karma, etc.. As well one of the only good busty supports currently is Annie who is at the date of 9/24 so squishy you can get instantly busted by the opponent's ADC.

Vel'Koz and Xerath have been fairly high burst supports and can also handle mid lane, along with less popular AD supports like Pantheon and Gangplank. They do tend to be fairly weak to the enemy ADC, but they require a different playstyle and positioning that does not put them in reach of the enemy ADC when they are not ready to do damage.

Now most people will only say this for ranked, but it honestly applies to all queues now that team builder is in. If you want to play a competitive match you need to be capable of filling all roles. Support in particular has a very, very large pool of champions depending on your style of play. If you prefer jungle try taking some of your high CC junglers into matches as a support, many of them do well in that spot.

I tried it once and sat there for half of an hour waiting for it to take. That's why not many people use it it's very time consuming, and at the same time very irritating because people can still dodge the Que. That is why I don't think team builder is really a satisfying option.
