To celebrate to Harrowing im going to be playing shadow isles champs only. Anyone gonna do the same?

I'm actually trying to get moved to the Shadow Isles for the harrowing on leaguefactions.net but need 2 more referrals...
I've won three matches of Hexakill on the Twisted Treeline but I haven't received the unique Summoner Icon. Has The Harrowing started yet?
