How do I stop trolling?

Ok so here's the deal. Im playing duo queue with one of my buddy but i tend to always troll by making shitty bronze plays like suiciding in the ennemy team. How can I deal with this problem and get better?

Plz help me I'm always doing that instinctively and I want to stop :(
