promos problems

So this is my first post that i remember since ii have been playing for a while, but my last go at series for ranked, the first game was a 4v5 from pretty much the 5-7 min marker, the second game we had an ADC who left at lvl 3 and stayed in base the entire time as well as 2 players who were feeding hard.( one possibly trolling i am not sure for that one but olaf support) It has been my exp. with promos that this happens a lot, shouldn't such things be put aside when it comes to solo queuing ranked, to allow for the benefit of the doubt that winning a 4v5 from early one is incredibly hard and the game could have ended up being the opposite had the players not left the game.
