20 Minute Queues

I played ranked this morning and for some reason my internet started acting up in the middle of the game, and I repeatedly lagged out and reconnected to the game. I was present when my team either surrendered or just lost, but couldn't tell that the game had ended due to the lag. I then received 20 minute queues from the Leaver Buster System. It wasn't that big of a deal for me, so I just played 5 bot games and got rid of them. But on the last bot game, I started lagging again. I was present about 1/4 of the bot game, and my team finished, and yet again I was blessed with more 20 minute queues. This unfair system just makes League miserable for me, I really think it should either by remade, or should have some forgiveness. I even preferred the 1-2 day bans over this system that makes me almost want to stop playing the game entirely.
