HALP Plz help pick champ

Ok....So i main jungle top and meh mid (ill do if have to)

Im having trouble dciding on which champ to pick m8s So my choices are or Also,i wanna get a skin, should i wait for release of pro master yi or should i get a skin for one of the two and which?
