I was wondering if this laptop is good enough

So I am going to get my own laptop soon and I wanted to play League decently. I use my laptop for schoolwork, browsing the net, and other games. I was wondering if this pc (http://store.hp.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/us/en/pdp/Laptops/hp-envy---15z-slim-touch-laptop-k9r37av-1#!&TabName=specs) is good enough to play league at full max. I looked at the requirements for league and this pc had most of the specs in the recommended or higher, but there were somethings that were missing. So I am wondering if the video card was enough and stuff, it would be a great help if you guys can help me out and let me know if this pc is good enough and leave me a suggestion on other pc that can run league at max and is in the $500-$600 region.

If you're simply looking to play LoL then any toaster would do on low settings. In high setting, LoL isn't that well optimised so you can't just run it on average machines and expect good results.

If you're looking to play games on max setting, generally you should know it's gonna be taxing on the components and so the system will need better heat sinks to deal with the generated heat, given if the system has enough power to run it in the first place.

That's why if you're looking for serious gaming that involves max settings and all that, desktops are better than laptops since they have way better heat managements.

I am not sure about HP's laptops these days, but their earlier models had serious heat sink issues and so their computers were not suited for gaming.

If you're looking to just run LoL on minimum settings I think this machine is completely fine, but on max I think it's quite doubtful.

I only know so much about computers so I am afraid this is all I know.

I'm fairly sure you're going to need a larger budget than that to safely run League at max settings. Kinda depends, but if you're dead set on reaching max settings I'd recommend setting your sights a little higher than that HP.

Possibly biased advice: avoid Acer and Lenovo. There's a reason those brands are typically cheaper than others.

Dont let the AMD A-series processors confuse you: they have their 'graphics' built into the CPU. Its not much better than integrated graphics that typical low end laptops have. The AMD A-series is very comparable to the Intel 'U' sku's. When I checked google for that specific CPU, it was often compared to an intel i5-4200U. I think good enough is a good way to put it. This laptop will play league but not at max systems. It will run ok on medium settings in laning phase but it might be iffy once you get to large team fights.
