Best Kill AKA Final Kill-Cam/ Skin Collectors book

Hey guys I have a few ideas! The first idea was that riot should add a Skin-Collectors book in the game. The concept of the book is that, when you collect for an example all Teemo's skins. You get a Mythical Teemo skin. Or at least a very rare skin. You can also for an another example collect all the SKT skins, Riot Skins, or Pool Party skins. And get a ultimate skin in that genre.

The other idea is that at the end of the game. There is a short video, of the best play of the game (just like Owerwatch, and a few other games). For an example. If Lee sin steals baron ang got like a triple kill. That could be the best play. Or if somoene got like a penta kill, or something.
