Poor servers, Ragers and afks, and now hackers?

As if league wasn't bad enough with all of the ragers, AFK's, and poor servers, i just got done playing a game where someone had hacked the game so that they could have something like 1000% attack speed and just melt anyone with one item. This was in a RANKED GAME too. Not only does this annoy me, but i saw that Riot knows about these hackers and still allows for ranked games to go on. I think Riot should stop focusing on new "improvements" to the game and worry about things like cleaning up the community of this game and start banning people who go game to game trash talking and just trollling their teams. Ban those players and clean up the servers and the game will be immensely better. The game it self is fine, its the players and servers that make this game bad.

Riot recently posted about rewards for positive behavior while playing and said " 95% of active players in 2014 have never received a punishment of any kind." Based upon just my last 10 games there is at least 1 player in everyother game who is a troll, rager, or AFK. The reason why 95% of the players haven't received punishment is not because there is a great positive community on this game, its because Riot fails to ban those who who deserve it.
