New Idea For Refunds (as far as I know)

So with the start of Sugar Rush I knew that my friends and I were going to be gifting skins, and with that comes along the dread feeling of getting a skin that you really really don't want. Now I know that is a risk no matter the case, but what about the characters you bought 3 years ago when you were new to the game, and didn't know that you should be spending your IP on runes, that you haven't touched since the first time you tried them over 1000 days ago? I think it wouldn't really hurt to let us refund characters that we no longer want for a very drastically reduced price, and hell, I don't even care if it's IP and not RP. To be very honest, there are a few characters that I would give back even if I got nothing in return, just so it would reduce the chance of me being gifted one of their skins.
