Can you never get a gemstone in hextech crafting
Someone I know told me that Riot quit giving gemstone in hextech. Is it real or not? Because he told me that gemstone was a time limit it, so is it true or not. Please Riot answer me.

He was probably talking about a limited time in which they offered guaranteed gemstones during an event (or was pulling your leg). You can still acquire them normally through your chests.
You can get gemstones from Hextech Chests. It's just rare.
