Yeah, LB is nothing more than a little bulllls**t. I cant believe at all how i got dced due to my ISP (the router has been acting weird these days), and even tho i came back EVERY GAME, i still got a punishment from LB, its BS guys, now i have to wait 20 mins to queue, and as i said, i came back EVERY TIME and from those, i think 4 games, i only lost one due to being dced NOT AFK. WHen are you going to fix this BS, Riot?

Yep thats the way it works. It doesn't matter if you comeback to a game, your leaver level rises as soon as you disconnect.
Based on the way it works its actually better for you to just completely afk than to keep disconnecting and reconnecting in the same game. If you disconnect that much, you might as well afk since its not like you're useful at that point.
