Make URF back to normal pick

The random pick in URF is to up in the air. Got rid of normal pick because people will just play the op champs but the problem is now with the random pick we have to hope that we have a champ that can deal with op champs. Most of the time we don't have a counter or just a crappy comp vs there team comp is perfect for urf and it ruins the game for the other 5. Normal pick lets everyone play the champ they want which most of the time its a champ that is op in urf but so is the other 9 people. This random pick ruins the original urf experience that I remember when it first was released. The increase rerolls is nice but you could go from a bad champ in urf like an adc to another adc or something stupid like that. I say bring back the normal pick ban from urf or at least make it a custom game option.

Ya I was sort of excited to play an urf game and do some ridiculous underplayed champ that is super fun on URF. Come to find its ARAM URF and just dodged since I got Cass and have never played her ever and don't really want to. If I wanted ARAM i'd go play aram.

I think Riot doesn't want people to like URF. I think they did this so that people will hate it and then they can get rid of it. It was too popular too fast and I think they were worried they'd lose the serious side of their game if they made URF a thing... i.e. a large part of the player pool would be playing urf, causing the competitive and ranked game-play to suffer. So they're dealing with it in a passive aggressive bull shit way. Make it unpopular, get rid of it, everyone goes on with their lives. The kids running Riot aren't stupid... they know exactly what they are doing. They're getting us to hate URF so they can dump it, and they are succeeding.

played 3 games of ARURF yesterday. fought nasus in all 3 of them, had an eve in 2 of them, and fought a shaco in 1. at least with regular URF i know that i'm gonna be put up against BS every game, therefore knowing that i won't have fun and just won't play it. ARURF gives me the illusion that i might have fun, but gives me useless stuff against nasus and shaco :/

I completely agree with you urf needs to go back to regular 5v5 picking. So what if champs are broken that is what urf is all about.

people argue that random urf is better because you see more champions but thats not really true. I typically see syndra and fizz atleast 80% of the ar urf games i play. I also have gotten singed 3 times out of 5 games, fiora 6 times out of 7 games, and nautilus 4 times out of 8 games. so for me its really just rotating between 3 champions i hate playing in urf about 85% of all ar urf games i have played this weekend. riot says its random but its really just one sided 99% of the games

Out of my 100 games i only got zed 2 or 3 times..... didnt even count how many rerolls i did... just fuck rito.
