will we ba able to skin boost in the bloodmoon game mode?

normaly if you get to choose who you get you cant skin boost. but if you dont have much control (aram/1forAll) then skinboosting is available. since bloodmoon gives you your own pick but a very select few champs i was wondering which catagory this fell into.
