End game probs

About almost every game 9/10 of them when the game finishes. it will keep saying skip waiting for stats or you can wait.So I wait and nothing comes and hit the skip. But this is really frustrating when someone who was toxic all game or someone who was genuinely very polite and kind don't get their report or honor. This has stopped for a week and then continued. It seems I can never have an end game chat with my team or report anyone that was just swearing all game. This same problem is on my smurf and it seems like I can never view my stats until 30 minutes later in match history. Also I am always disconnecting from chat after every single game. Plz help me. Put this in the wrong section whoops...
