A way to trade in champions we don't use and runes we don't use for something more useful?

I just feel like my runes and champions are all jumbled up and it would be awesome to be able to get rid of the less used ones in a better way like maybe essence or something of the sort? It may be because of my need for orgnization and correcting of my own mistakes but that would be pretty awesome. I just feel like I'd rather not have some things, or maybe gift owned champions and runes? Like a transfer sort of thing. Just putting ideas out there.

There's refund tokens, but you can only use them in stuff bought in the last 30 days

Don't even waste them. Not worth it. Refund skins you didn't really like and get something else

I've heard of that but I was hoping for something more permanent in the aspect where one can keep doing so, like with the essence thing going on, was hoping they could implement stuff we already own into that.
