A way to trade in champions we don't use and runes we don't use for something more useful?

I just feel like my runes and champions are all jumbled up and it would be awesome to be able to get rid of the less used ones in a better way like maybe essence or something of the sort? It may be because of my need for orgnization and correcting of my own mistakes but that would be pretty awesome. I just feel like I'd rather not have some things, or maybe gift owned champions and runes? Like a transfer sort of thing. Just putting ideas out there.
