So I entered a ranked flex game and my pc crashed(the wooden box) and when I came back to league client it showed that I was banned even though on match history it shows it was remade... I WANT ANSWERS NOW.... SO UNFAIR
If you were the cause of the remake (you're the one not connected at the start), you'll get flagged by LeaverBuster, and possibly receive a penalty if you've left other games recently, too.
So your team had to remake bc you weren't there, so the leaver buster penalty is automatic bc it sees you as an afk.
I didn't know you could get banned for that but the penalties do escalate so I guess if you have had enough leaver penalties. . . Your best bet (if you haven't already tried) would be to contact Riot Support Directly and try to convince them that in this instance it was an error with the update that caused your crash. GL
