Interesting RP idea

So I was thinking the other day that it would be pretty cool to get this certain skin for one of my favorite heroes much like we all do. But alas, i don't have the RP to buy said skin, so i came up with a idea that would allow all players that are dedicated to the game to get RP and even for the newbies that are just starting.

So my idea was that whenever you level up your account in game then you will earn 50-100 RP. But i also figured that once you hit the max level at 30, you will still be able to earn experience in the game that will level up your account but instead of you going over level 30 you just keep earning RP.

Now i know this sounds like it could be exploited, some guy just makes a new account every so often and then gifts his main account with a bunch of skins and I think i have a way to counter it. If its possible, i think Riot should make it to where you can receive gifts at any level but you have to be be at least level 20 in order to send gifts to anybody and own at least 1 skin.

Riot, this is just my idea that i really want to see put in place, there may have been this same idea in a previous post but i haven't gone looking yet. This feature doesn't have to be in game but in my opinion it would be pretty awesome to have.

let's say it's 50 and you get RP every time you level up. 50x29=1450 the most expensive champions are 975 RP and players start out with 400 RP. So if you never spend RP while leveling up, you would have just enough to buy Dunkmaster Darius or an equal value skin while it isn't on sale. There's already a problem with people abusing Refer A Friend with player-made bots to get RP, limited skins, and IP (which some of them continue to farm IP on after level 30). If you earn RP by leveling up and can gift skins from said accounts, people could potentially just create an army of bots to get all of the skins that are always available on one account. I'm sure if Riot wanted to implement this, they could do it in a way where the RP amount is reasonable and it somehow can't be abused by botters.

That sounds great if you want league to disappear from the face of the earth because they no longer get income

Well that's why you wouldn't really get alot of RP every time you level up. 50-100 isn't that much unless you are trying to get a certain skin that's on sale. if people want say a legendary skin they would still have to buy a RP card unless they save up for said skin for a long time. Just saying, it doesnt even have to be up too 50 RP if Riot wants, whatever keeps them going is fine with me.
