Is there any way to buy champion skins for IP? Or to exchange IP for RP? Somehow to buy/get sins without paying real world money

Sometimes Chroma skins are available for IP, but you would need the actualy skin first anyway.

You get free skins from Hextech crafting ... isn't that enough?
