Are you guys allowed to do whatever you want [within the summoners code] with your accounts or do you have another account you use at home to play the game? Like if you meet someone in game you think is cool could they add you or you add them? This is a pretty weird question but I am only asking because I don't actually know or have heard of anyone being friends with a Riot Employee.

Yes, most of them have alt accounts. Having a Riot account is more trouble than it is worth since people like to troll you and you are held to a higher standard.

I'm actually friends with 3 Rioters. Their Riot account makes them like paparazzi sometimes, so they have alt accounts.
