Must type "I agree" to play after not having left any games other than 2 DC's in the past 3 weeks?!

So when I logged in today after being out of town for several days I was greeted with a message forcing me to type "I agree" to a statement saying I wouldn't leave anymore games. I NEVER leave games unless the client crashes completely (even then I try to relog at least 5 times). So what is this crap? Being threatened by a company that I pay good money to, to be removed from their game even though the only reason I've ever "Dodged" a game was because their shit coding can't seem to work across all PC's?

My computer is by no means a toaster nor is my internet slow....so why do I end up with this garbage? There has to be a better way to differentiate between legitimate afker's and people that are getting screwed by various internet issues, be it on the user or the servers side. venting yes I know this is mostly pointless bitching and for that I apologize, but I really don't want to risk a ban because of something that is out of my control.

Yes in the past few months there's been probably 3 games out of 1000's that were most assuredly caused on my end due to PC issues/internet etc...but really? 0.3% of games is enough to warrant a threat? Pretty shit way to treat the people that help pay the salaries of your employees. I understand there are many angles to this issue and that something must be done, but there has to be a better way than sweeping bans/threats/warnings. I imagine this is how the chat bans work as well due to the high number of people going on and on about being banned for no reason.

Even some logical explanation as to the actual process of how people are picked and chosen for warnings/bans like this would be excellent as opposed to the cloudy at best "the ones who deserve it get it" explanation we currently get.
