Whats wrong with these people these days? I literally get reported is most games for just saying gg or win with of kills. I'm going to get perm ban if this keeps just happening. We need a better report system please. I dont want this false reporting continue on.

Those warnings don't necessarily mean anything. They are an early warning system and are trigger before reports are validated. Any punishment has the reports validated.
