My internet is good. My computer is the finest. But every single time the enemy uses drop hack on me and i get leave buster.

Five different people using drop-hacks explicitly on you? That seems... highly unlikely. Unless you're advertising your IP address for some reason.

I have a really good PC that cost me 1.8k to build and i still get bad pings everyday. Specially when im playing with my brother, my ping goes to poop and only on League. League has a lot of faults... and i don't think they give a damn lol. game is free tho i guess.

OKAY OKAY that was kind of mean, but still, I find it highly unlikely you raged cause EVERYONE is drophacking you. Personally I've never experienced being Drophacked, but I have been DDoS'd. This is the internet, Woman up.
Doesn't it drop the game from your history completely? I don't recall any reports of drop hacks leading to leaverbuster punishments when they were more prevalent so I donno why it would start now.
Sounds more like there's a connection problem you think is someone drophacking.
