Reporting Robot Usage

Does anyone know how exactly to report a summoner for the possible use of robots during gameplay? I've had many games ruined by poorly written bot programs and I would like to put an end to it. So far, I've just been reporting the players for being unskilled and then specifying that I think the player was using a robot in the comments section. When I report a player and claim that it's a robot, I do so after considering many factors. As of now, the main first indicator is the players skill. My suspicions are usually aroused when the player has over 20 deaths and 0 kills and 0 assists. After considering the previous factor, I will usually send them a message asking them to just type something in the chat. If they do not type anything in the chat, my suspicions will be heightened even more. It is at this point where I usually start periodically watching the player's tactics. Some bots will simply target the nearest champion or tower and attack it until their target dies or they die. They often have very little concern for their own well being and often just charge straight into danger.

These are the main things I look for when I am suspicious that a player is a robot, but there are other things as well. Often times, bots will pick a lane (usually the middle) and stay there regardless of what lane decisions have been made in the pre-game chat. However, this could mean that they are simply a rude player.

Also, robots often don't ping or respond to pings... or really any signs of danger whatsoever.

Granted, many of these possible signs of robot activity fall inline with the play style of rude and/or inexperienced players, so there is no way to know if the person is a robot for sure. I will usually present my suspicions to the rest of my team in the chat and confer with them before submitting a report expressing my suspicions as to whether a player was a robot.

Unfortunately some robots are very well-coded and have play styles that match or even exceed those of more experienced players. These robots are harder to detect, but I don't mind them as much because they usually don't ruin the game as much. However, when a robot constantly feeds the other team because of bad programming, I get a little distraught.

If the tribunal would add a section to report possible robot usage in the post-game reporting menu, I think it would help a lot. But the players should have to specify why they think it's a robot exactly.

My logic on the whole matter might be kind of flawed though...
