Returning Player

Hello, i apologize if this is the incorrect thread, but it seemed random enough for misc. I finally have a new pc to actually play on again, the only issue is that i haven't played in over a year, almost 2. With all the patch work and new champions, new items and all that, i feel a little overwhelmed with all the new info. I'm not even sure where to start, and was thinking to myself if there was a way to reset my rusty summoner level to 1 for a fresh start. I would normally say "eh whatever, i'll make a new account" except the champions and skins I've acquired would be lost (including my limited skin for orriana, the tpa skin). if theres no way to reset the level then i can manage, just like dark souls i'll just have to git gud from where i left off
