So I've been playing for a while now and I must say; hes feels extremely underwhelming. Riot, this was the ADC to end all ADCs and yet he feels so weak. Honestly, I'm a little bit disappointed with what you've done with him. I was hoping he'd get a little love in 6.3 but what do we get instead? Xin Zhao crits. If anyone can offer me any reason why feels so weak, feel free to comment.

Try him mid? Riot said even though he has adc qualities hes most likely better mid since he doesn't have sustained damage and more burst also slow tower destruction. Also what kind of comps your picking him into or agaisnt?
