Last match in Darius we were able to discuss common mistakes that trap players in bronze:

Not winning the game when you have the chance IMMEDIATELY. Not getting Baron when you have the chance IMMEDIATELY. Splitting after a teamfight that you "won" to go get that +1 jungle creep, letting your allies IMMEDIATELY die because you left them hanging when they were all focused on the fight.
