Ao shin release 2016?

In the bottom we all see the mighty wukong (probably for the new raidiant dawn skin being released soon), but what about the snake and the dragon? It bothers me alot because Ao shin is supposed to be a dragon type champion in the makings, so could this dragon like figure we see be related to ao shin's release?? And what about the snake could it refer to another future skin or champion or is it a reference or something maby to cassiopia?
