When you apply small hotfixes (<5 meg patches), force close the client for people not in game.
Let's face it. For a lot of people, after champ select, the client simply does not load for one reason or another. It's normally not that big of a hassle (it actually is) to close it in task manager and re-open it, and you'll still load before the game starts.
But when you hotfix these small patches, for instance this .96 meg patch that I've had to download, and because of the scanning files crap it has taken longer than 30 minutes now for LESS THAN A MEG of a patch... I've lost a promos game and will get leaverbustered because of the client, not my fault.
So when you hotfix patches like this, force close the client for anyone not in game. And people who are in a game, after they exit the post-game lobby, tell em there is a hotfix and they have to apply it before starting another game.
This will fix COUNTLESS LEAVERBUSTERS and REPORTS and people losing games FOR NO REASON. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS, THE BENEFITS HAVE TO OUTWEIGH THE DRAWBACKS.
