Riot, why can't we have Æ, æ, Ø, etc. in our usernames??????

So i was in a game with a guy and his username had the word Æther in his username. I was astounded and impressed even if he did feed (he did). After many attempts at changing my username, i decided to do the simplest thing- I googled it. I found out that you can no longer add and special characters due to an in game bug regarding private messaging, but those with characters like this one were allowed to keep them. So Riot, why not just fix the bug? I understand im no programmer, and for all i know fixing that bug may be extremely hard, but compared to the time spent on certain sand lord bugs (that means you Azir), why not just fix this one? it would definitely make some people happy. Im not saying that these bugs are in the same level of relevance, but how cool would this be! Poll below
