@Riot regarding "Account Management"
I'm not sure if this has been said before so I apologize if it has. Is there a way to merge accounts? I say this for I have 3 accounts I rarely or never use anymore. The problem being I have bought RP on all of my accounts. (in which I own 4 accounts) I do not wish to waste said RP and skins.
I do however, understand that this could be abused by making multiple accounts for the free chest. So I do ask if there is a record for what Skins / Champions were bought with** RP / IP** and others earned VIA chest.
My main account would be fine without the other 3 but I would appreciate acquiring the skins / icons etc. from the other accounts. Following that train of thought. If I have duplicates, the possibly for refunds arises. Although that seems unhealthy, it might be justified by only a percentage of the amount it costed upon purchase or just a flat amount per skin. Like if I have a duplicate skin, the account being merged to gets maybe a 12.5% refund of the RP or a duplicate champion only 25% of the IP.
Or even champions always give a flat amount of IP upon transfer where as depending on the skin the refund is in RP but the more expensive the skin the lower the % return. For instance:

An Ultimate skin only gets refunded 10% its price

A Legendary skin only gets refunded 12.5% its price

An Epic skin only gets refunded 15% its price
And so on, the cheaper the skin, the better the return
However, if the skin or champion was earned by a chest then don't refund anything at all.
Placement or rank, in my opinion the account being merged to keeps their current rank and disposes of the other accounts ranks and season rewards if they were eligible for one. The LP from the other accounts are lost.
This also would meet a problem with the Tribunal, but say an account is in low priority queue for 5 games. If that account is transferred over to a new one, the punishment should follow.
Finally the amount of IP and RP from the other accounts shall either be lost or combined. Not entirely sure.
_ If I can't get the accounts merged that is also fine I am just curious and throwing an idea out._.
