IP for Summoner Icons
All icons in the shop should be purchasable with IP even if they cost 10k each. There needs to be something for people who have maxed out their accounts and are just stockpiling IP.

its a shame that they dont do this as often as i would like them too. ill admit id get more icons if i didnt have to buy them with real money. i have IP which is nice since they release champion so slowly now so by the time a new one comes out i have enough for it and then some. currently sitting at 15K IP with nothing else to buy!
