league tribunal as its own mini game -- gives rewards and medals/Lawyer Skins for select champions and xp to level up your lawyer profile, distinguishing you from others within the tribunal. This will ensure you get more logins and increased interest the tribunal itself from a greater audience, adding more dynamic to your current system and ultimately being part of most players evolution into not being a fuckass. (Maybe)
Don't incentivize the tribunal system with skins, medals or rewards. Just keep it the way it is and just reinstate it.
No, people should not need the incentive to show kindness and treat strangers well. This would be a small seedling of a plan to say...raise someone's child a little better than their parents have in some way...knowledge is power and all. You'd get a badge or border and a skin that says "hey, this guy is not an asshole and the community agrees" from some internal rating system of positive/negative feedback towards their verdict votes perhaps?
