Well I'm pretty new to league but I've been spammed with leaverbuster and I've only left one match maybe two? But even thought I'm only afk for like 2 min to take out some trash I get leaver buster shouldn't it be like at least 4 min? or 5min? that would give us some more time right?

MagicFlyingLlama1 votesYou do not get to afk mid-game, no exceptions. It is rude in normals, intolerable in ranked and generally breaks the rules. The only reason leavebuster is set to a few minutes is because people can have connection issues or sometimes wait for 20-30 seconds in shop for gold, if the state of the game permits it.
Just do not play league at times when you cannot commit 50-60 minutes of time safely, unless you want to get leavebusted.
