Skins in progress aren't something they can discuss until they are officially announced and/or put on the PBE. No theme is off limits, though, so more Dark Star champions in the future are possible. If you have questions that can be answered, I'd direct them @Riot KateyKhaos here, or on her ask.fm or Twitter. (keep questions limited to the guidelines on her afk.fm)
