Free Mystery....Champion?

Well i was so hyped for today, i didn't get my free champion yesterday so i was waiting for it today. I awoke from my slumber and stumbled to my computer as i turned it on, awaiting the start up of my system so i may receive my new favorite champion. Upon logging into League of Legends i discovered Riot had made a grave error - I was not to receive a mystery champion as i had supposedly owned all champions, yet i am missing 10 champions, so i was to receive a mystery skin! I thought "hey' that's alright, its a worthy trade"....

Commando Garen has been unlocked.

Champions under 520 RP (including if it's under that price due to being on sale) do not count towards the 10+ champion requirement. If you could take a picture of your Store champion page, we will probably see that some of your remaining champions are too cheap to be received in a Mystery Gift so weren't counted.

That Skarner on sale lol. I'll just copy-paste what I told another player in the exact same scenario except with Graves;

This is actually kind of a bullshit loophole imo, so if you wanted a champion instead of a mystery skin I'd suggest you submit a Support Ticket and let them know you only fell below the limit due to the sale and would very much be pleased if they were so kind as to take their precious time to help you.

You can't get gifted a Mystery Champion if there are less than 10 possible champions for you to get.
